1948 & they still make you gawp!

Now that's my sort of speed,and a "proper" commentator, complete with mistakes - my favourite point is the sight of a flag marshal, (in those days they were paid!), @ the entrance to Parliament Square, standing in the middle of the run off, pointing the way - he's a brave man.
